I'm a huge fan of Aweber because they are on top of the game when it comes to email marketing - always on the cutting edge with features that tie in with current trends. I set this up on <a href="http://clicknewz.blogspot.com/2005/12/feed-broadcaster.html" rel="nofollow">my own blog</a>, and have been really pleased with the output. They offer a variety of templates you can use, which are easily customizable, so you can include your photo and bio with each mailing -- or you can include your current promotions within the emails that get sent out.
